Signup availability
The signup form shows whether registration is currently available. When it is available, you can join the AERIF waitlist for launch, early-access and product updates. If you have already joined, your original private link lets you remove your signup from the active waitlist.
What the form collects
When you join, we collect your email address, optional selected interests, submission time, consent-statement version, active or removed state, removal time when applicable and a one-way hash of a private management token. The current statement identifier is waitlist-2026-09-14-v2. The form does not ask for your name, phone number, payment information, model files or project data.
Why you join
Email-only signup joins the general AERIF waitlist for launch, early-access and AERIF product updates. If you select interests, we may use them to tailor which updates are most relevant to you. Joining does not create an AERIF Cloud account or guarantee beta access, a release or a launch date.
We normalize email addresses and keep the first submission. Joining again does not renew consent, correct a record, update preferences or replace the original private link. Removed addresses stay removed; self-service re-signup is not supported. For changes, contact privacy@aerif.dev.
Storage and security services
The website uses Cloudflare Workers to serve its pages, Cloudflare D1 to store waitlist records and Cloudflare Turnstile to validate signup security checks. Messages sent to the published contact addresses are handled through Zoho Mail.
Cloudflare may process ordinary hosting connection metadata and, when Turnstile is enabled, browser and network signals for abuse checks. The application does not store IP addresses, user agents or challenge tokens in waitlist records. It has no public subscriber-list endpoint.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not install analytics, advertising trackers or application cookies. Fonts and product images are served with the site. Turnstile is loaded only when public signup is enabled. Hosting and security processing are distinct from the minimal waitlist record.
Retention and your requests
Waitlist records remain while the waitlist/early-access program is active unless you request deletion. Private-link removal marks the record removed immediately: it is excluded from active operator exports and must not receive updates. The email, original consent, interests, timestamps and token hash remain for suppression and request handling until operator deletion or program closeout. Access, correction and deletion requests are handled by the operator through privacy@aerif.dev.
Save the private removal link shown after your first signup. Anyone holding the original link can remove that signup. We store only its one-way hash and cannot resend it. A duplicate submission receives the same kind of response but cannot recover or replace the original link. Older records without a link require manual help. The manage page offers removal only; it does not expose subscriber details or edit preferences. No application cookies or localStorage are used for this flow.
There is no email confirmation or double opt-in, and the waitlist has no automated email-delivery integration. Operator inspection and bounded exports use restricted database authority; there is no public administration panel. Before sending any updates, the operator must review the sending system, sender details and opt-out handling, and exclude all removed records.
Product privacy is separate
This statement covers the website and waitlist. Downloadable products have their own local files, providers and execution behavior. This website does not run models, inspect your device’s files or connect to your local AERIF applications.
