Accepted bounded integration, not a product screenshot or universal provider guarantee. Runtime released logical authority and the external provider remained running. No fallback or lifecycle takeover occurred. Real Runtime-managed Frankenstein Start/Stop live-cycle acceptance remains pending.

Local First. Cloud Optional. Registration Never Executes. Startup inert. Selecting a model/profile does not imply started or loaded. Model Lab recommendations do not establish installed, reachable, loaded or healthy state. Not every app consumes Runtime or Graph.

Hub media review: the retained native UI captures remain review candidates. The normal Runtime panel is explicitly synthetic; no public-safe Hub screenshot shows the accepted real Qwen task and same-session Resume. The local-model acceptance above is separate implementation evidence.

The workspace

Built around a clear job.

Hub connects the control surface to explicit Runtime and Harness boundaries. Runtime owns provider/model lifecycle and readiness; Harness owns task/session/tool orchestration. Registration Never Executes. Startup inert. Selecting a model or profile does not start or load it.
